Pricing

Vozi is a marketplace that connects travellers with independent, verified local drivers in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The fare for any ride is agreed directly between the traveller and the driver before the trip, and is paid directly to the driver. Vozi never takes a commission on your fare and is not a party to the transport contract.

What Vozi does not charge for

The fare. It is agreed between the two people and paid directly to the driver, currently in cash in convertible marks (BAM/KM). Vozi does not process, hold, route or take a percentage of it, and adds no booking fee or surcharge. No ride payment passes through Vozi or its payment provider at any point.

Connection credits

Vozi's only usage-based charge is a connection credit. When a traveller and a driver agree on a trip, one credit is spent by each side to exchange contact details and open messaging. A connection is worth 5 KM per side.

• Every new account starts with 2 free credits.
• You need at least one credit in your balance to post a request or send an offer. It is only spent if the match is confirmed, and it is returned if the booking is cancelled.
• Credits are bought in prepaid packs: 5 credits for 25 KM, 10 for 45 KM, or 20 for 80 KM.
• Credits are a software entitlement, not stored value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred between users, or used to pay a fare.

Promoted placement (drivers, optional)

Drivers can subscribe for 10 KM per month to rank higher within Vozi's own driver directory. It is always clearly labelled, never changes ratings or review scores, and can be cancelled at any time — you keep the placement for the month already paid for, and are not charged again. This is a visibility feature inside Vozi: there is no advertising network, no third-party ad serving, and no user data is sold or shared with advertisers.

Billing and payments for Vozi paid services

The paid services above — connection credit packs and promoted placement — are sold and processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. Paddle handles payment, invoicing, taxes and subscription management on our behalf, and their terms and privacy notice apply to those transactions in addition to ours. Prices are charged in EUR at the equivalent of the KM prices shown above. Promoted placement recurs monthly until cancelled; credit packs are one-off purchases.

Card details are entered on Paddle's hosted checkout and never reach Vozi. We store only a payment token and the card's brand, last four digits and expiry.

Taxes

Where applicable, VAT or local sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout based on your location and included in the price you pay for Vozi paid services.
