These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vozi website and platform (“Vozi”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using Vozi you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. What Vozi is

Vozi is an online marketplace that introduces passengers to independent, verified local drivers in Bosnia and Herzegovina. We are an intermediary only. The transport is provided by the driver, not by Vozi. We are not a taxi or transport company, we do not employ drivers, and we are not a party to the transport contract between a passenger and a driver.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Drivers must hold a valid licence, vehicle registration and insurance, and must pass our document verification before going live.

3. How bookings work

• Passengers post trip requests; drivers respond with offers; the passenger chooses an offer.
• The price is agreed up front and paid directly to the driver. Vozi takes no commission on fares.
• Cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, including the 24-hour rule.
• For your privacy and to keep the choice of driver unbiased, a driver’s vehicle plate is revealed to you only after you accept an offer, so you can verify the car at pickup.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use Vozi for anything unlawful, fraudulent, discriminatory or harmful.
• Do not attempt to circumvent verification, manipulate ratings, or scrape the platform.
• Treat other users with respect. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Payments for Vozi paid services

Optional paid services (such as driver subscriptions and featured placement) are sold and processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, whose terms also apply to those purchases. Pricing and billing are described on our Pricing page.

6. Liability and disclaimer

Safety on the road is a matter between the passenger and the driver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vozi is not liable for the conduct of drivers or passengers, for the transport itself, or for any loss arising from a ride arranged through the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
